The DILG award proves that we are on the right track in our policies and programs”, Aquino said. The SGLG award says “the Municipal Government of Moncada met the upgraded criteria for 2017 covering the Four core areas (of good governance), namely: Financial Administration, Disaster Preparedness, Social Protection and Peace and Order”. According to Aquino, “the SGLG award is very significant because we can now avail of special funds from the national government, such as the Performance Challenge Fund.
