Dead on arrival ang ang di pa matukoy na biktima nang dalhin ito sa pinakamalapit na ospital. Nahuli naman ang driver ng bus na hindi pa pinapangalanan ng mga polisya. Municipality of Capas got 2nd placed last 9th Belenismo In Tarlac. In this year's entry of Capas is a Windmill inspired made from Carabao Poop and Tinapa Tray. ADVERTISEMENT Two people were injured in self accident in Capas, Tarlac in front of Dominican College of Tarlac yesterday, the injuries are unidentified as of now. The driver of motorcycle along the Mc Arthur Highway slammed into the center road. The victims are now in Provincial Hospital. Authorities are investigating the incident and review the CCTV footage for the real reason of the accident. ADVERTISEMENT
