BREAKING: 10 year old boy from Victoria, Tarlac found dead in Pura, Tarlac river

A ten-year-old boy from Victoria, Tarlac was found dead in the waters of Estipona River municipality of Pura in Tarlac.



According to residents, the boy was seen floating and it has bruises in the his body.


The body of the boy is now on his family in Victoria.

The authorities and his family is still investigating the case.
